Create Your Own Bouquet

Ask everyone to bring 1-2 bunches of flowers or greenery and a vase or Mason jar. Trader Joe’s is a great option here! As the host, provide a basin full of water for all the flower bunches and additional bouquet-making supplies such as:

Line a surface with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Enjoy creating bouquets together!

Book Swap

Each participant should bring a book wrapped in paper with a fun quote from the book or a brief synopsis of the book written on the paper. The swap can follow White Elephant play rules. If you would like, ask everyone to bring a book in a certain genre or pertaining to a certain theme.

Paint Night

Go for a classic paint night on canvas or make it a little more adventurous by painting a different surface such as picture frames, wine glasses, tote bags, or even taper candles.

No matter your surface, make sure you have the essentials in assorted paint brushes, paint, table cloths to protect and decorate, water containers, and paper towels.

Purchase some conversation cards or think of good questions to ask to keep conversation going while you paint.

Heart-Shaped Pizza

Dinner and an activity in one! Gather ingredients to make homemade pizzas. Form the dough into personal pan sized heart-shaped pizzas, add toppings, and bake.

Bracelet Making

Find a clay bracelet kit or charm bracelet kit. Enjoy making bracelets for yourself or to gift to others. Be sure to have some extra bowls on hand to organize the beads or charms around the table so everyone can reach the items.
